These apartments are snuggled within three 6-plex buildings. There are two laundry rooms available.Assigned, Covered off-street parking is available (one space per apartment).

Tenant sings up for Xcel and their own Wifi. There is a monthly fee of $60.00/month (RUBS) for the remaining utilities. There is a monthly fee of $12.00 for RLL, the tenant responsible for Renter's Insurance.
One pet (under 30 pounds (adult weight)) is allowed. A pet deposit of $300.00. There is a $30.00 a monthly pet fee.
